The Story
The ACH approach by Dr. Simon Kagwe came from a conviction that leadership must be both deeply human and practically effective. The name Agape reflects love expressed through service, courage, truth, and commitment to the growth of others.

Dr. Simon Kagwe brings together his passion for ministry, academia, leadership, and coaching to develop leaders, coaches, and teams who serve with clarity and purpose. His mission is shaped by the Great Commission and by a deep commitment to helping people become faithful and fruitful leaders in every sphere of society.
Simon is a lifelong learner and leadership practitioner. His academic and professional journey includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi, professional accounting training through Strathmore University, and an MBA from the African Leadership University School of Business in Rwanda. He has also pursued doctoral research in Leadership and Organizational Change at United States International University-Africa, with a focus on Emotional Intelligence and Performance.
He is a Certified Hogan Assessment Feedback Provider, a Certified Executive Leadership and Team Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, and an Accredited Executive Coach by the Association for Coaching. He has served as an Accreditation and Continuous Professional Development Lead with the Association for Coaching and has contributed to leadership development through Mavuno Church, Fearless Institute, African Leadership University, Career Connections, NiaDelta, The Room, and AIESEC in Kenya.
At the heart of Simon's work is a desire to help people lead from love, grow with intention, and translate conviction into meaningful action. He is a husband, father of three daughters, pastor, mentor, coach, educator, and author whose legacy aspiration is to be remembered as a faithful and fruitful follower of Christ.
